Craft Show Vendor Application

The annual John Marshall FFA/FBLA/TSA Craft Show will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 8 am to 3 pm.  There are two steps to reserving your space as a crafter or vendor. 
 
1) Submit payment through this page.
2) Submit your completed form to JohnMarshallCraftShows@gmail.com or complete the online form HERE. 
 
Please be sure to read the information and rules of the show before completing the application.  
 
Spaces are purchased based on how many tables or table sized spaces you would like to purchase.
 
Set-up option are as follows:  
Hallway
The cost of a hallway space is $30.  
This space is 8 foot wide by 4 foot deep.  This includes your space behind the table. There is no additional space to spread out beyond those measurements.  If you feel you will need more than 8 feet, you will need to purchase another space.  There is no possibility of extending the 4 foot depth of the space.
You may choose to have a 6 foot by 30 inch table or not to have a table on your space. There is no additional fee for having a table provided for you. 
Cafeteria/Commons 
The cost of a commons space is $50.
The space measurements are 12 feet wide by 5 feet deep, this includes your space behind the table and 1 foot in front for display purposes.  
The commons is equipped with 11 foot long by 30 inch deep tables.  Tables will be touching another participants table on one end to allow you room to move around your table.
There is no option to purchase a space without a table in the commons with this option.
Cafeteria/Commons 10’x10’ self-setup 
The cost of this space is $50. 
The space measures 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep.  
The self-setup spaces will not come with tables or chairs. The vendor will be responsible for providing all tables needed for their space.
