SETUP TIME

Crafters may begin setting up as early as 6:30 am the morning of the event and students will be equipped with flat bed carts to help you unload into your space.  They are also available to help pack up when you are leaving.  No setup is available prior to the day of the show.

ACCEPTED CRAFTERS/VENDORS

All crafters who make their own products are welcome; however, we limit any commercial product vendors to one per company to ensure the each vendor has an adequate opportunity for sales.  For example, we will only accept one Tupperware, Scentsy, or Thirty-One vendor.  These spaces are reserved on a first paid basis.  If you are the second vendor for a company, you will be contacted directly.

Other than company specific vendors, no resale products will be permitted.  All items should be hand made or created/designed by the crafter or vendor.

ACCEPTABLE PRODUCTS

Also, please note that the event takes place within a school building and all school rules still apply.  The sale of alcohol, weapons, substances such as CBD, personal protective devices, and adult specific items cannot be on the premises.

WIFI

We will do our best to have wifi available for credit card devices, but cannot guarantee this.

Annual Fall Craft Show

The annual John Marshall FFA/FBLA/TSA Craft Show will be held on Saturday, November 9 from 9 am to 3 pm at John Marshall High School in Glen Dale, WV.  This typically sold out event features nearly 100 crafters and vendors from all around the region and is run by student members of the sponsoring CTSO organizations.

SETUP OPTIONS

Crafters have a variety of options to set up in a way that best meets their needs in either the full circle hallway, the more open cafeteria and new this year, the gym where crafters will have the opportunity to set up in a standard craft show 10’x10’ space.

Each hallway space is 8 foot by 4 foot and comes with a 6 foot table (unless requested otherwise) and two chairs will be provided.  More chairs are available upon request at no charge.

Each Commons space is 12 foot by 5 foot and must contain an 11 foot cafeteria table.  Two chairs are again provided unless more are requested.

Gym spaces are 10’x10’ spaces and crafters are required to provide their own tables/chairs/shelves as they see fit for their space.  Please note: there is no entrance into the gym that does not require steps or an elevator.  Large carts are not an option for moving items into the gym.
